Active Birth Couples Workshop
Recommended from 34 – 37 weeks
This session is designed to be complimentary to your anti natal classes, the focus is on managing the intensity of labor and how to providing loving and practical support as a birthing companion.
Gwyneth draws on her many years of experience teaching Hypnobirthing, Pregnancy Yoga and her studies in childbirth education.
You will learn:
۞ How to cultivate confidence and trust as you prepare for birth and during labor
۞ How to create a nurturing and safe environment at home and in hospital
۞ Natural pain relief massage techniques,
۞ Breathing and Relaxation techniques to help release fear and stress during labor
۞ The benefits to being active in labor, you will also practise favourable positions and movements to help make labor more effective and easier to manage.
۞ You will deepen your understanding of what is happening with your Mind and Body during Labor
You will feel empowered and excited after this session, fully prepared for the amazing journey of bringing your baby into this world in the most loving and gentle way possible
