GENTLE FLOW YOGA

This class is designed so that students can join in and benefit from the ancient practise of Yoga, no matter what your age or level of fitness and flexibility. This deeply relaxing class is rounded off with a guided relaxation.

PREGNANCY YOGA

Prepare for your birth with this safe and specialised Yoga class which includes learning the art of deep relaxation.

SENIORS AQUA FITNESS

Held in the Rydges pool beside the Body Mind Breath Centre. A fun social way to improve cardio fitness, tone muscles, improve joint mobility and increase flexibility without any risk of injury.

SUNSET FLOW YOGA

While tuning into some sunset magic we enjoy the energising and restorative effects of linking breath to movement as we move through the flow of yoga poses. All levels of welcome.

When you come to Drew’s YTU classes and workshops his goal is to reconnect you back to your body, show you how to reduce or eliminate pain, assist you to improve your posture, teach you how to consciously down-regulate your nervous system, to gain more inner peace and clarity of mind.
