Gwyneth Rowlands offers Gentle Yoga, Qigong and over 50s Fitness Classes in Cairns
Gwyneth Rowlands was the Founder and Principal teacher of the Body Mind Breath Centre in Cairns for 13 years, she now teaches at various venues within the community of Cairns.
Gwyneth qualified as a Yoga teacher over 30 years ago while living as a resident student at the world-renowned and highly-respected teacher training offered by the Satyananda Ashram, Mangrove Mountain in NSW. Since then, Gwyneth has deepened and refined her teaching methods learning from prominent and respected teachers around the world.

Her teaching style now combines Hatha Yoga and Qigong in a beautiful flow style of movements, designed for students of all levels of fitness and flexibility, all parts of the body are awakened with mindful breathing. Gwyneth specializes in, Seniors Wellbeing Classes and Pre-Natal Yoga classes, childbirth education and Hypno-Birthing techniques.

Through Gwyneth’s yoga classes, she offers guidance and support through life transitions such as birth, parenting, menopause and beyond. As well as being a qualified Yoga teacher, Gwyneth is also a qualified Hypnobirthing facilitator, fitness trainer, Aqua fitness instructor, Qigong and meditation teacher.

Her mission is to promote health and wellbeing within her community and to inspire her students to live happier and more fulfilling lives.
